I've always considered myself as a foodie thanks to my upbringing, I was exposed to different types of cuisines. Being half Filipina on my mother's side and half Swiss on my dad's, one can only experience diametrically opposed dishes.

My mom is the chef of the house and has always concocted beautiful dishes. She will have a special category in this blog "Mamali's corner" where she will show you all of her best Asian and especially Filipino recipes. ​​

My passion for cooking really revealed itself once I came back from a long work experience in Singapore in 2020 where I not only enjoyed cooking for myself but looked forward to every next meal in order to create something new, and ever since, I've been obsessed with cooking.
