How to make feta deliciously crispy!

Prepare to be amazed by this simple yet sensational recipe! The mouthwatering result of crispy feta will leave you craving for more. Serve it as an irresistible apetizer or a delightful salad topping.


Ingredients:


- 1 block of feta cheese;

- 1 beaten egg;

- 1-2 handfuls of panko breadcrumbs;

- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder;

- 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil;

- a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic cream for decoration.


 

Procedure:

  1. Begin by patting the feta block dry with a paper towel.

  2. Cut the feta cheese into small, delectable rectangles. Give them a dip in the beaten egg bath.

  3. In a bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with dashes of salt, pepper, and garlic. Roll the egg-coated feta in this mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.

  4. In a pan, heat up the vegetable oil until it's sizzling. Now, fry your feta delights until they shimmer with a golden hue.

  5. After frying, place the feta on paper towels to soak up any excess oil.

  6. Now comes the best part – savour your crispy feta while it's still piping hot! Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar cream and enjoy!
